**Job title** : Workplace Experience Coordinator + _Location: Mexico City, Mexico_ + _Job type: Full time_ _._ **About the job** **Our Team:** The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all general services operations to ensure efficient workplace functionality. This role supports the Workplace Experience Head by managing service providers, coordinating activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Sanofi Mitikah facilities. **Main responsibilities:** + Coordinate and supervise general services operations including food services, maintenance, cleaning, valet parking and other facility services + Manage relationships with service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements + Monitor service quality and implement improvement initiatives + Coordinate workplace projects related to general services + Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution + Prepare and monitor budgets related to general services + Ensure compliance with HSE regulations + Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills + Maintain accurate documentation of all services, contracts and vendors **About you** + **Experience** : Experience in facilities management or general services coordination + **Soft skills** : + Leadership and team coordination + Effective communication and interpersonal skills + Analytical thinking and decision-making + Customer service orientation + Adaptability and flexibility + Attention to detail + **Technical skills** : + Strong knowledge of food services, facility operations and service management + Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts + Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite + Budget management + **Education** : Bachelor’s degree in gastronomy, hospitality, facility management, or related field + **Languages** : Proficient in English and Spanish **Pursue progress, discover extraordinary** Better is out there.
