**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees of a designated building or campus. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the client.
**What You’ll Do** :
• Approve or reject deliveries based on Company Policy / Playbook
• Bring mail and packages to the assigned group or location as per the daily schedule.
• Process shipment requests with vendor, advising package owner of arrangements.
• Apply appropriate postage amounts and required identification to outgoing mail and packages.
• Check Mailroom daily and replenish all mail and postage supplies.
• Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisors and optimally present information to an internal group.
• Capture and analyze data via weekly audits to identify and tackle problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
• Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
• Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of everyone on the campus.
• Follow specific directions as given by the manager.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
**What You’ll Need:**
• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Workspace. Jira, Envoy
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator, Mailroom position is $25 per hour and the maximum salary for the position is $31.25 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
