We pride ourselves on delivering superior workplace experiences through innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service. **What You’ll Do** As a Workplace Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: **Front-of-House & Guest Experience** + Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors professionally. + Manage visitor registration and meeting room setups. + Coordinate catering and provide concierge-style services. **Facilities & Workplace Support** + Conduct daily workplace checks and escalate issues. + Assist with event setups, office moves, and workstation arrangements. + Manage supplies, deliveries, and helpdesk tickets. **Health, Safety & Compliance** + Support emergency procedures and safety standards. + Report hazards and maintain cleanliness in shared areas. **Administrative & Team Support** + Help with onboarding, maintain records, and support service requests. **What We’re Looking For** **Essential Skills & Experience** + Previous experience in customer-facing or facilities roles. + Comfortable with manual tasks and event setups. + Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. + Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital systems. **Desirable** + Experience in corporate or hospitality environments. + Knowledge of health & safety and building operations. **Personal Attributes** + Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented. + Reliable and enthusiastic about creating great workplace experiences.
