Workplace Experience Manager leads workplace culture initiatives and employee events while overseeing reception, facilities operations, vendors, and maintenance. Ensures compliance, safety, and operational continuity, manages facilities projects and office space planning, supports fleet processes, and drives budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement

6+ years of experience in office/facility operations and workplace experience managementDeep knowledge and hands‑on experience in workplace or facility management, including previous managerial accountability, team leadership, and project managementFluency in Czech or Slovak, and excellent English skillsWhat else we look for (Preferred):
