The Workplace Experience Ambassador plays a crucial role in ensuring building spaces are set up and maintained to provide an exceptional experience for all parties involved. This role requires interaction with a diverse range of teams and involves delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external visitors.
Responsibilities
+ Manage all front-of-house services and direct incoming queries appropriately.
+ Plan and assist with the physical setup of events and meeting spaces, including furniture, signage, and equipment.
+ Maintain and update daily records of space and room bookings and keep event calendars current.
+ Provide support to other facilities team services as required.
Essential Skills
+ Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, both written and verbal.
+ Self-motivated with a confident and energetic attitude.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with team members and act as an ambassador for the team.
+ Detail-oriented and organized.
+ Proficiency in PC use and ability to manage daily activities using various platforms.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 5-7 years of experience required.
+ Experience in reception, concierge, or related field.
+ Catering or hospitality experience preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment involves managing front-of-house services, setting up event spaces, and interacting with visitors and teams in a dynamic setting. The role requires maintaining detailed records and collaborating with the facilities team, utilizing various platforms for efficient operations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
