Job Title: Workplace Experience CoordinatorJob Description

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service to employees and guests at a designated building. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring that all visitors have a positive experience.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for all visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming demeanor.Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.Answer telephones professionally and create presentations for various-sized groups.Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.Manage janitorial and maintenance work orders as needed.Coordinate and execute workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.Respond to inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a customer service-driven manner.Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setup, and teardown.Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures to ensure building safety.Coordinate with vendors providing goods or services to the workplace.Communicate detailed and complex information within the team and follow specific directions provided by management.Utilize existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having limited discretion.Essential SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in hospitality, particularly in catering and managing dietary restrictions.Administrative skills, including scanning and document handling.Tech-savvy and comfortable with technology and digital tools.Attention to detail, ensuring thorough and precise task execution.Work Environment

This role is not remote and is based in Cleveland, with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The position is initially for two months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role. The work environment prioritizes safety, requiring adherence to property-specific security and emergency procedures, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
