Workplace Exp Coordinator
Description We are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Toms River, New Jersey. This is a contract position where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering exceptional service to employees, guests, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and issue parking passes while adhering to security protocols. • Arrange and confirm dining, recreational, and business activities as requested. • Manage work orders for janitorial and maintenance services to ensure timely execution. • Provide workplace services such as mail distribution, office supply management, and onboarding support. • Address inquiries and complaints from employees, guests, and colleagues with professionalism and a customer-focused approach. • Organize on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down, and coordinating necessary supplies. • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties as needed. • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to the workplace. • Deliver presentations and communicate effectively with groups of varying sizes. • Collaborate with the manager to execute tasks and follow detailed instructions accurately. Requirements • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to follow established work routines and procedures with precision. • Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with minimal need for supervision. • Familiarity with basic finance processes, including procurement and vendor coordination. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, stakeholders, and leadership. • Experience coordinating workplace services such as onboarding, event planning, and office supply management. • Knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems is a plus.
