Workplace Exp Coordinator
Description We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team in Houston,TX. In this contract position, you will be the primary point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, managing workplace operations, and maintaining adherence to security protocols. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist employees and visitors, issuing parking and visitor passes while adhering to security procedures. • Respond to inquiries and complaints with a detail-oriented and customer-focused approach, offering timely and effective resolutions. • Coordinate and oversee workplace services, such as mail handling, office supply management, and onboarding support. • Organize and execute on-site events, including securing venues, setting up and tearing down spaces, and managing event supplies. • Manage maintenance and janitorial service requests, ensuring timely resolution of work orders. • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested. • Communicate detailed information effectively within the team and deliver presentations to various-sized groups. • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the seamless delivery of goods and services to the workplace. • Follow and enforce property-specific security and emergency procedures to maintain a safe environment for all occupants. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of related experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset. • Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively. • Ability to follow established procedures and standards while solving routine problems. • Experience in customer service and managing workplace operations. • Familiarity with security protocols and emergency procedures. • Capability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders.
