Job Title: Workplace Experience AssociateJob Description
As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing events and amenity operations with a focus on building customer profiles and event management. You will be the first point of contact for all facility entrants, ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, issuing parking passes and adhering to security protocols.
+ Escort visitors to appropriate locations and make a memorable impression by answering calls professionally.
+ Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
+ Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders and address issues with vendors or staff.
+ Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions with professional customer service.
+ Oversee team support including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
+ Review client materials for adherence to brand guidelines.
+ Implement property-specific security and emergency procedures, ensuring management is notified for building safety.
+ Conduct new hire orientation, training, and coaching, and deliver presentations to various-sized groups.
+ Follow manager directions and work with minimal supervision.
+ Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems with little precedent.
+ Impact own team and other teams with closely related work activities.
+ Suggest process improvements and solutions to enhance team efficiency.
+ Evaluate and communicate complex content concisely and logically.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Minimum of 2 years in front desk, concierge, customer service, or hospitality roles.
+ Ability to comprehend, interpret, and execute instructions.
+ Warm demeanor with strong engagement skills and the ability to empathize and help others.
+ High attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

This is a Contract position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
