Job Description
· Be the face of the office for employees and guests
· Maintain a welcoming, safe and secure working environment
· Vendor Management
· Communicate with the whole team for any requests regarding the office
· Carry out offices processes, policies and all daily office-related operations
· Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory (including arranging office orders and maintenance)
· Partner with Office Coordinators to understand and align perks, amenities and events.
· Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable
· Take the lead on building related tasks/issues, such as employee parking, maintenance, building/office updates and announcements
· Make sure kitchen and office supplies are always stocked
· Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
· Coordinate office lunches
· Manage conference room calendars including scheduling appointments, confirming meetings, spotting/clearing up calendar related discrepancies, coordinating with professionals from other companies
· Coordinate with the IT department if any technical issues arise
· Coordinate with the finance and accounting team when needed (invoices, expense tracking)
· Work on various ad-hoc projects including research requests and company events
· Work with the Operations Lead to facilitate the on-boarding of new employees such as making sure employees and visitors are set up with what they need – this includes remote employees that visit HQ and need a space to work
· Keep track of which remote employees are visiting and when with their respective managers

Skills and Requirements
· 2-3 years of professional experience
· Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
· Thrives in a high-pressure environment
· Experience interacting with executives in the finance, real estate or technology industries
· Strong communication skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Team player – energetic, enthusiastic and personable
· Ability to multitask and prioritize completing tasks and meeting deadlines
· Perform duties with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity
· Strong Microsoft Office skills (including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
· Strong Zoom skills
· Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Google Calendar and Expensify is preferred but not required
Interest in being a part of a fast-growing company Experience with Slack
