About the role
As the Workplace Coordinator, you will be the heart of our client's office — creating an environment where every colleague and guest feels welcomed, valued, and supported. Your authentic enthusiasm and customer-first approach will help shape a workplace experience that inspires wellbeing, collaboration, and pride in our shared space.

This client is a private health insurance company and their office is based on George St, this role is based fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as welcoming front desk presence providing strong first impressions and visitor journey management

Manage mail, courier services, security access passes and locker assignments

Ensure meeting rooms are clean, stocked and Audio-Visual services are operational

Oversee vendor operations (cleaning, maintenance, plants, HVAC) and conduct monthly vendor meetings

Manage amenities including stationery, kitchen supplies, consumables and printer toner

Daily management of work order and invoice system (Corrigo) and Property & Concierge Inbox

Conduct daily workplace walkthroughs and maintain workspace standards through timely maintenance requests

Complete monthly retail store check-ins and "Loving Our Stores" calls with reporting

Maintain access control, key register and Workplace Health & Safety rosters

Support facilities reporting, minor works projects and business continuity plans

Champion office experience by gathering feedback and collaborating with teams to address concerns

Follow escalation procedures and ensure compliance with JLL guidelines and procedures

 

Key Skills Required

Prior experience in reception/concierge and facilities or property management roles

Experience with booking systems and corporate environment preferred

Professional presentation with strong team collaboration and communication abilities

Self-motivated with ability to interact confidently across all organisational levels

Quick learner with genuine passion for creating positive workplace experiences

Demonstrated ability to manage hospitality excellence and facility operations with equal care
