The Workplace Coordinator (MAC Coordinator) manages requests for changes in workplace setups, including moving desks, adding new furniture, and updating office layouts.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Manage MAC Requests:*
 - Receive and acknowledge requests from employees.
 - Clarify details and ensure all necessary information is provided.

*Conduct Feasibility Studies:*
 - Assess the practicality of requests and prepare cost estimates.
 - Collaborate with relevant teams for approvals.

*Coordinate Furniture and IT:*
 - Order and arrange delivery of office furniture.
 - Liaise with IT for technology needs related to moves.

*Update Seating Arrangements:*
 - Manage seating for new hires and departing staff in the office layout system.

*Maintain Records:*
 - Keep updated records of office layouts and furniture inventory.

*Qualifications:*

- *Education:*Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- *Experience:*1-2 years in facilities management or a related role.
- *Skills:*Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCad
