About This Role
JLL is seeking a dedicated Workplace Coordinator to support our prestigious Gartner account in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be the face of workplace services, ensuring exceptional client experience while managing day-to-day facility operations in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Service Delivery
Serve as primary point of contact for Gartner employees and visitorsManage reception duties and provide outstanding customer serviceHandle workplace inquiries, requests, and issue resolutionCoordinate with various service providers and vendorsFacility Operations
Oversee daily workplace operations including space management and room bookingsManage office supplies, equipment, and inventoryCoordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutionSupport health & safety protocols and emergency proceduresAdministrative Support
Maintain accurate records and reporting for client deliverablesAssist with event coordination and meeting room setupProcess invoices and manage workplace-related documentationSupport workplace technology and equipment needsRelationship Management
Build strong relationships with Gartner stakeholdersCollaborate with JLL account team to ensure seamless service deliveryProactively identify opportunities for service improvementsParticipate in client meetings and service reviewsRequired Qualifications
2+ years experience in workplace coordination, facilities management, or customer serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management systemsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProfessional appearance and demeanorPreferred Qualifications
Experience working with corporate clients or in managed servicesKnowledge of health & safety regulationsIOSH or similar safety certificationExperience with CAFM systems or workplace technology platformsWhat We Offer
