Job Description Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Workplace Concierge to deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and the broader community. This is a client-facing role where every interaction matters your ability to anticipate needs, provide seamless service, and create a welcoming environment will be key to success.

This part-time position is based onsite 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday) with our client in Sydney’s CBD.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, guests, and VIP visitors

Manage visitor access, security passes, and sign-in processes

Coordinate VIP arrivals and ensure a seamless experience

Coordinate courier deliveries and distribution via onsite storage area

Coordinate meeting rooms and event bookings, including setup and reset

Conduct regular floor checks to maintain workplace standards

Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with workplace procedures

About You

Background in reception, hospitality, or customer service

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Highly organised with the ability to multitask

Professional presentation and a proactive mindset

Strong problem-solving skills with a common-sense approach

Ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Qualifications

Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC)

Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
