What this opportunity involves:

The Workplace Ambassador ensures our office runs smoothly and feels welcoming every day. This hands-on role combines pantry management, guest services, facilities support, and reception duties. Perfect for someone who loves fast-paced environments, enjoys helping others, and can confidently handle multiple priorities whilst maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Pantry & Food Services - Manage inventory, coordinate catering for meetings, maintain coffee machines, and ensure food safety standards are met.Facilities Support - Submit maintenance requests, set up meeting rooms, manage deliveries, and coordinate with vendors and building management.Office Presentation - Keep shared spaces clean and organised, including daily cleaning of desks, meeting rooms, and bathroom supply monitoring.Guest Services - Welcome visitors, manage check-ins and badges, assist with event coordination, and serve as the friendly first point of contact.Team Collaboration - Provide backup reception support, cross-train on office systems, and assist the team during busy periods or staff leave.

We need someone who's naturally organised, friendly, and thrives on variety. You'll bring hospitality or office management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst maintaining a professional, calm demeanour. Comfort with digital tools and the confidence to work autonomously are essential.

Background in hospitality, logistics, or office management with excellent communication abilities and strong attention to detail.Proficient with digital platforms including Slack, Teams, G Suite, and facilities management systems like Corrigo.Proactive, self-motivated, and maintains professionalism under pressure whilst working autonomously and taking ownership of responsibilities.
