The Workplace Ambassador – Reception In this role, you will be in charge of one of the busiest places in the office—thefront desk. Constantly on the go, you’ll give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them and our employees along the way.In other words, you will set the benchmark in giving our company a good first impression. You will spend each day looking athow you can maintain and improve the front office. Throughout the day, you will also handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution. Therefore, it is essential toremain professional and polite in the way you present yourself, from appearance to behaviour.
The Workplace Ambassador – Reception may also be required to provide administrative and operational support to the team as required in the following areas:
Client/Stakeholder Support–Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Procurement & Vendor Support–Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)
Conference Rooms Coordination - Coordinate booking of the conference rooms| Prepare Conference room areas for meetings.
General Site Cleanliness - Perform inspections on the cleaning onsite | Give direction to the onsite cleaning staff, ensuring and service corridors are kept tidy.
Escorting Clients/ContractorsAssist in maintaining client access requirements.
Risk Management - Participate in the disaster recovery and business continuity plans as required | Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures | Adhere to Jones Lang LaSalle’s business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies
Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets consistent with the role
