About the role:
Greet and assist employees and visitors with professionalism and warmthManage reception duties, access passes, lockers, and general workplace queriesAssist with meeting room bookings, event setups, and AV troubleshootingProvide timely responses to helpdesk requests and liaise with other workplace teamsCoordinate mail, courier deliveries, and general office consumablesSupport site audits, floor walks, and service escalations as neededEnsure compliance with safety, security, and workplace policiesAbout you:
At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or reception-based roleA natural communicator who thrives in service-oriented rolesWell-organised and able to juggle competing prioritiesTech-savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office skillsFriendly, proactive, and solutions-drivenHigh attention to detail and a professional demeanorCompletion of Year 12; additional qualifications in hospitality or admin a plusWhy join Cushman & Wakefield?
