Responsibilities and Qualifications

Prepare, compile, analyze, review, and verify financial data for court presentations, including Proof of Claim forms and Notice of Appearance forms for applicable bankruptcy cases.Perform all functions necessary for contract workouts/buyouts, such as meeting with customers, reviewing financial information, obtaining asset values from other SFS personnel, initiating repossession activities, and proposing restructurings.Supervise others in filing UCC’s and ensure timely follow-up on insurance matters.Complete transaction summaries for seamless hand-off to Portfolio, ensuring a smooth transition from Risk Management to active status.Manage all repossession and sales of assigned portfolio in cooperation with Asset Management.Provide support to the VP of Workout as conditions develop, within the scope of VP of Workout activities and responsibilities.Gather, analyze, and make recommendations on timely information in areas such as chargebacks to Siemens Operating Companies, Workout accounts, non-accrual, taxes, asset management repossession, specific reserves, outside counsel packages, the Risk Management report of Workout accounts, legal bills, and actual and potential losses.Assist the VP of Workout with other key areas within SFS and Siemens Operating Company regarding customer and trend information to minimize damage to SFS and the Operating Company.Accurately and promptly set up code transactions in the system.Facilitate rescheduling and rebooking of workout accounts as necessary Basic Qualifications Four-year college degree minimum.Minimum five years of collection and negotiation experience with past due accounts, with at least four years in leasing/secured lending

Preferred Qualifications.

Legal or litigation background preferred.Paralegal Certificate preferred.Knowledge and experience with UCC’s, insurance, and financial statements.Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.Familiarity with Info Lease; generation/download manipulation is a plus.Strong verbal and communication skills required.Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload.Familiarity with Cassiopae is desired.

The pay range for this position is $88,060 - $150,960 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
