About the Role
This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI.
As Workload planner, you will deliver projects that drive sales, improve process efficiency and support consistent store execution. You will build cross-functional partnerships and alignment, develop and grow business relationships, influence business partners and gain support on project expectations
What You’ll Do
Develop communication in support of key initiatives that have broad impact across the organization
Set and continually manage project expectations with key stakeholders
Understand audience and communicate difficult and sensitive information accordingly
Audit communication tools to ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness
Evaluate communication through “We’re Listening” and “Hindsight” meetings
Recommend and implement enhancements based on feedback
Determine project approach and provide recommendations to move project decisions forward
Lead project status meetings to keep partners aligned on goals, determine actionable next steps and actively problem-solve challenges
Update project plans and communication documents
Gather feedback to ensure projects are progressing on time and meeting expectations
Set standards and planning approach for the initiative
Lead efforts in improving customer and associate experience
Determine feasibility of project requests and recommend approach and prioritization
Recommend innovative solutions to drive the business forward
Remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices

Provide workload or communication guidance to corporate partners on the appropriate course of action by evaluating the business need, audience, timing and impact of the message
Collaborate with corporate partners for innovative process, communication and workload saving solutions
Educate corporate partners on store workload and communication tools and strategies
Develop store and multi-store leader communication in support of large workload drivers and peak workload timeframes
Gather feedback from field partners to implement improvements that streamline store workload
Support innovation in multi-store leader technology
What Skills You Have
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years experience in operations, stores, budgeting, forecasting or reporting
Strong analytical, planning and organization skills
Advanced decision-making, leadership or communication skills
Strong knowledge of Excel/PC spreadsheet functionality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate at all levels
Preferred
Proven project management skills with ability to multitask
Ability to work as a part of a team and interact effectively with others
Retail experience or retail operations business acumen
Special Requirements
On-call responsibility and flexible schedule as needed to support business operations.
