We are looking for a Working Wiring Foreman to join our team at our Grand Prairie, TX facility. This position will work 1st shift.

You’ll make an impact by:

Serving as a vital link between supervision and frontline workers, playing a key role in coordinating and overseeing day-to-day working assignments within your assigned area and assisting supervision with technical tasks involved in the operation of the department. Ensure that the work assignments are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications, while also providing hands-on support and mentorship. Assists with training of employees on job functions and procedures. Performs quality checks on parts and products to ensure accountability for quality by all departmental employees. Check inventory levels and orders/expedites parts or materials as needed. Ensures job orders are processed and tracked accurately to completion.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

6+ months in a leadership role. Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. Proficient in basic shop math, basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel). Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English Language. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Completed High school diploma or equivalent Wiring Assembly and Lean concepts SAP experience

The pay range is $25.12-$29.41 and its an extra $1.95 for the foreman position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
