What You'll Do
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented current undergraduate or graduate student to join our team and support us in building an outstanding hiring experience. You’ll play a key role in keeping our recruitment engine running smoothly by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and providing essential administrative support to the TA team. The initial term of the contract is 12 months, with the potential for extension.
What You’ll Do
Under the general direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be supporting the recruiting efforts for BCG Budapest, Bucharest and such locations as Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Romania.
You will support local and international interviews and maintain the recruiting database. In addition to this, you will support the sourcing initiatives as well as analysis of the recruitment statistics.
Pipeline Management
Track and maintain candidate pipelines across multiple roles in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)Ensure candidates are moved through the hiring stages in a timely and accurate mannerKeep hiring data up to dateGenerate regular pipeline status reports for the team
Interview Scheduling
Establishing relationships with applicants, handling inquiries and being a point of contact for candidates in terms of process logisticsManage calendar invites and virtual meeting linksCommunicate professionally and promptly with candidates
Administrative Support
Maintain recruitment-related documents and recordsSupport employer branding initiatives (events, content, campaigns)Sourcing on LinkedIn based on predefined criteriaWhat You'll Bring
Ongoing College/University Degree in HR subjects or similarInterest in recruiting and assisting the end-to-end interview process for candidatesStrong verbal communication skills; fluency in English and HungarianComfortable use of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OutlookHigh attention to details and strong organization skillsResourcefulness and good problem-solving capabilitiesPrevious recruiting experience is a plus!
