Job Description

For our Automotive Engineering team at the location Hanover-Stöcken, we are looking for a working student (m/f/diverse) starting February/March 2026. The position comes with a working time of 20 hours per week for at least 12 months and with the following tasks: 

Coordinate ongoing initiatives related to technical and quality requirements managementDevelop and propose sustainable processes for managing technical and quality requirementsOversee the complete prototype ordering process for all customer ordersEvaluate and optimize current prototype order management processes, identifying areas for improvementProvide day-to-day support to the Automotive Engineering team, contributing to key tasks in product development projects and quality-related topics

QualificationsOngoing technical studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable field of studyInitial experience in project managementStrong interest and passion for project leadership and structuring complex tasksHigh interest in quality standards and process managementExcellent English language skills, both written and spokenGerman and/or French language skills are an advantageAnalytical approach to work and good ability to logical thinkingEasy comprehension of complex issuesAttention to detail, strong self-motivation and natural curiosity to look beyond the obviousInterest in taking responsabilities and bulding leadership skills
