Job Description

Working Student - Legal (Part-time)

Supports strategic legal services and agreement delivery with a focus on improving operational effectiveness

Ensures compliance with the German Money Laundering Act (GwG) by assisting with KYC processes

supports on GDPR compliance efforts, including reviewing data processing agreements (DPAs)

Participates in regulatory and compliance documentation, such as drafting and maintaining outsourcing agreements and security compliance clauses 

Engages in internal legal risk assessments on upcoming regulations

This role is part time role for students and will need to complete 20 hours a week with some time spent in our Munich Office. The contract would finish on completion of their studies.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Basic Qualifications

Legal Student studying at Law at UniversityMust be fluent in English and German
