Job Description

We are looking for a part-time (4 hours/day) student to join the team in Timișoara location. Here is what your responsibilities will be:

Support ongoing legal research on data protection laws, guidelines, and recent court or authority rulings, ensuring our work remains up to date and compliant.Assist with the drafting and updating of Privacy Policies and other data protection–related legal documents.Provide operational support in data breach documentation and notification processes, helping ensure timely and accurate responses.Help with the review of contracts and legal documents in order to verify compliance with applicable data protection regulations.Contribute to the preparation of training materials for internal and external data protection workshops.Support the organization and management of case files and documentation, improving efficiency and accessibility.Assist with the translation of legal and compliance documents related to data protection from and into English, facilitating communication with international stakeholders.

QualificationsEducation: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in law, with a strong academic focus on data protection, privacy law, or related fields.Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to translate and draft legal documents in English.Strong communication and analytical abilities for contract review and compliance.Result-oriented with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Adaptable, with experience in legal research, document preparation, and teamwork.
