Job DescriptionHandle training requests in the internal ticketing system, according to the location need;Manage of attendance sheet/roster and training certificates after the training;Support for first days of Onboarding on site;Support to local Learning and Development team on site;Support with the logistical part for the training sessions managed on-site;Active sharing of knowledge and feedback from 2nd Level with whole Front Office team;Continuous process optimization in cooperation with the HR service experts;Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental procedures,applicable within the company;Fulfills any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.QualificationsExtensive understanding of HR topics;Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English - B1 level is a must, additional language is beneficial;Operating skills PC: MS OFFICE;Ability to organization, rigor, fairness, punctuality, accuracy in preparing the documents;Continuous orientation towards solutions;Proactive;Team player;Curiosity for the continuous improvement of the recruitment and selection knowledge specific to the field of activity;Very good relationship with various stakeholders;Ability to give and receive feedbackEducation :Bachelors degree, e.g. in business/economics, psychology, or any human resources-related specialization.Additional Information#LikeABosch Benefits:
