Your Tasks
Learning Contribute to the coordination and continuous improvement of learning initiatives Support the production of digital learning formats for internal audiences Talent & Leadership Development Assist in the setup and execution of talent development programs by conducting research, preparing supporting materials, and coordinating relevant activities Provide logistical and content support for the implementation of our Leadership Flagship Program Performance Processes Help further develop our performance management framework by preparing training & communication materials, as well analytical overviews Project & Operational Support Support daily operations and strategic projects across Learning, Talent & Performance Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives by managing administrative tasks and supporting communication within the People & Culture team
Your Profile
You are studying Human Resources, Social Science, Adult Education, Business Administration, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester of your Bachelor's degree or have already started a Master's program You have 15–20 hours per week to support our team You have a strong interest in learning, talent, and performance management, and first practical experience in these areas is beneficial Well-organized, structured, and able to work independently Competencies in working with AI-based tools (e.g. ChatGPT; Synthesia; Canva) and first experience in project management are a strong plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English is required; fluency in German is a plus Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a dynamic team environment
