What You'll Do

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our IT department in Zurich to provide basic on-site technology support for our office. You will be the local point of contact in Zurich for requests regarding visual presentation or communication equipment, mobile devices, printers, or computers.

You will:

Be the local point of contact for our office in Zurich for IT user requests.Assist the information technology department in Zurich with the local implementation of IT equipment, including setup, maintenance and troubleshooting for computers, video conferencing systems, audiovisual presentation equipment, printers, and mobile devices.Support IT-related tasks connected to our office move in Geneva.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

Completed initial education (apprenticeship or Maturität/Maturité).Interest in working with technology and hands-on experience with the Microsoft environment and Apple mobile devices.Curiosity and motivation to acquire new knowledge and skills in the field of IT.Very good command of both English and German.Ideally, you are currently studying computer science, technology, media & information, or a similar subject.

Who You'll Work With

You will work at our Zurich office, which is home to around 500 employees, and collaborate closely with our four-member IT team in Zurich and one colleague based in Geneva. Our work environment is defined by a culture of open feedback, diversity, and respect for the individual.
