Job DescriptionAre you a creative and technically skilled student with a passion for bringing immersive experiences to life? We're seeking a highly motivated interactive 3D developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and optimizing interactive 3D applications, leveraging your skills in game engines and 3D content creation. This is an exciting opportunity to translate complex ideas into engaging visual realities, collaborate with experts, and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
During your assignment you will design and develop interactive 3D applications primarily within the Unreal Engine.You will create and integrate 3D models, textures, and animations, ensuring they meet project specifications and visual standards.Furthermore, you will optimize scenes and overall application performance to achieve smooth real-time rendering.To enhance interactivity and user comprehension you will implement UI/UX elements.You will proactively gather and refine requirements from various experts and stakeholders, translating their needs into technical specifications and interactive features.Finally, you will organize and schedule meetings with subject matter experts to facilitate communication, align on project goals, and ensure technical solutions meet expert expectations.QualificationsEducation: studies in Game Development or comparable with good gradesExperience and Knowledge: proficient in Unreal Engine; strong Blender 3D modeling skills; experience with Unity is also validPersonality and Working Practice: you are creative, detailed, organized, and a proactive communicator with strong texturing and animation skills; you approach projects structurally and are self-motivated, contributing as a team playerWork Routine: flexible, can work both in the office or remotely as neededEnthusiasm: for game engines; eager to learn and adapt to new creative challengesLanguages: fluent English, German is a plusAdditional InformationStart: according to prior agreement
