Are you passionate about education, tech, and making a real impact? As a Working Student in our Dual Education Program team, you’ll help bridge the gap between theory and hands-on experience. You’ll support students, organize practical training sessions, and ensure that everything runs smoothly and effectively.
What You’ll Do
Practice & Internship Organization
Build strong connections with partner schools – you're the go-to person for smooth collaborationHelp align school curricula with the actual technical activitiesAssist with purchasing tools, equipment, and materialsPrepare training materials and workshop kits for studentsSupport drafting contracts for internships, collaborations, and scholarshipsSupporting Student Activities
Help organize and deliver technical workshops: mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, and moreSupport students during hands-on practice and guide their learningTrack attendance and ensure day-to-day logistics are handledCreate or assist with technical worksheets, tests, and exercisesManage the administrative details of student groupsTracking Student Progress
Help organize evaluations and provide feedbackCollect and archive assessment results from trainers and mentorsSupport students in completing practice logs, technical sheets, and learning materialsContributing to Program Development
Share ideas to expand the variety of technical activities offeredHelp design new learning opportunities that enhance the programQualificationsCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Education, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), Educational Sciences, or a related field.Interest in technical education and vocational trainingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics, materials, and schedules.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, trainers, and school partners.Technical aptitude or hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic workshops (a plus).Confident in using tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with learning platforms or project management tools is a bonus.Passionate about education, student support, and practical learning.Proactive, dependable, and capable of working both independently and in a team.Open to learning and contributing new ideas to improve program deliveryAdditional Information
