Job Description

Get a behind-the-scenes look at how a department runs in a structured, professional environment. You will have the chance to build practical skills while supporting everyday operations in a reliable role. 

During your assignment, you will support the department assistant, and you will handle a variety of daily administrative and organizational tasks.  You will also be involved in onboarding new employees, ensuring they experience a smooth and well‑structured start.  In addition, you will contribute to the preparation of workshops and large meetings, where you will coordinate and manage key details.  Finally, you will work with Excel spreadsheets that you will create, maintain, and refine to enhance workflow efficiency. 

QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Business Administration or comparable Experience and Knowledge: confident use of MS Office Personality and Working Practice: you are someone who brings an open‑minded attitude, works reliably, interacts with others in a friendly and supportive way, and feels comfortable working independently Work Routine: for this position, your presence on-site is essential Languages: very good in German and good in English 

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 10 h/week
