Job Description

As part of our Marketing, Branding & Communication team, you will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, employer branding, and corporate communications. If you are a creative, motivated student looking to expand your skills in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!

Your Role:

As a Working Student in our Marketing, Branding & Communication team, you will support various initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and corporate communication strategies. You will work closely with team members to create compelling content and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (social media,  content marketing)Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook.)Support employer branding initiatives, including career page updates, employee testimonials, and internal communicationCollaborate with different departments to align communication strategies with company goalsAssist in organizing and promoting internal and external eventsHelp with content creation, such as blog posts, newsletters, and press releasesSupport the team in administrative tasks related to marketing and branding activitiesAssist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers and social media graphicsCollaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts for campaigns and projects

QualificationsCurrently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in digital marketing, branding, and corporate communicationCreative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of social media platforms and content creation toolsExcellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with colleaguesStrongly attentive to details;Good organizational, scheduling, and project management skills;Positive attitude, willing and interested in problem solving and continuous improvement;Ability to work independently and as part of a team
