Job Description

Cybersecurity is more than just a buzzword for you – it's a mission to make the digital world a safer place. Are you looking for a role where you can actively apply your knowledge and ward off real threats? During your assignment you will actively monitor application security logs and analyze security events to detect and ward off threats early.You will regularly conduct infrastructure scans to proactively uncover vulnerabilities and security risks.Furthermore, you will work closely with our IT security team to continuously improve protective measures.Finally, you will evaluate the information security status of our infrastructure and specifically identify potential for optimization.

QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of Informatics, IT Security, Cybersecurity or comparable Experience and Knowledge: basic knowledge of information security; experience with security tools; programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C++); experience with techniques in vulnerability management or bug‑bounty programs is a plusPersonality and Working Practice: you excel at analyzing complex facts, independently communicating clearly, and meticulously structuring workWork Routine: your on-site presence is required with the possibility to work remotely part of the timeLanguages: fluent in English, good in German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 12 months – 10 h/week
