Job Description

Your Role

As a Working Student in our Bosch Production System (BPS) team, you will play a key role in supporting process improvement, digitalization, and internal communication initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to help drive operational excellence and implement innovative solutions aligned with the BPS principles.

Your Tasks

Help with content creation such as blog posts to promote improvement initiativesSupport the team in administrative tasks related to communication, branding and internal campaignsAssist in the design and creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and graphics for internal promotionManage and maintain internal databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date informationUtilize Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to support day-to-day activitiesProvide support to various departments by collecting, structuring, and tracking their improvement ideasAssist in identifying opportunities for digital tools and process automation within the improvement idea systemSupport in testing and implementing digital solutions and standardizing templates for continuous improvementPrepare and moderate team meetings and improvement sessionsReview, update and standardize internal documentation and product catalogues

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbalAttention to detail and a structured approach to managing tasksCreative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitudeAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentCurrently enrolled in a university program in Business, Industrial Engineering, Communication, IT, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and OutlookInterest in process improvement, digitalization and manufacturing environmentsMotivation to support and learn from diverse activities and cross-functional collaborationStrong organizational, scheduling and coordination skills
