Job DescriptionDuring your assignment you will verify as well as validate system requirements for HVAC systems using simulations.From the first day on you will participate in the creation and maintenance of simulation models, for example, in MATLAB/Simulink.Furthermore you will conduct simulated tests and thoroughly analyze the results.Documenting test cases and creating informative test reports are also part of your responsibilities.Lastly you will support the team in the continuous improvement of our model-based development methods.QualificationsEducation: studies in the field of (from the 5th semester of a Bachelor's degree or in a Master's program) Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or comparableExperience and Knowledge: basic to advanced knowledge of control engineering/systems theory; experience with MATLAB/Simulink is desirable; basic knowledge of a programming language (Python/C/C++) is advantageousPersonality and Working Practice: you have a strong affinity for systems development, simulation, and model-based methods and enjoy delving into complex issuesWork Routine: we offer you the possibility to work remotely part-time (80% office work and 20% mobile work)Enthusiasm: you are passionate about systems development, simulation, and model-based methods and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practiceLanguages: business fluent in German and very good in EnglishAdditional InformationStart: according to prior agreement
Duration: 18 months – 10 h/week
