Working Student Global Workday Team (f/m/d)

To support our global team managing Workday, Heidelberg Material’s globally deployed HR system, we are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) for the Global Workday Team based in our Headquarter in Heidelberg and reporting to the Manager HR 4.0 within the Group HR Department. You will be a part of a truly international team, spread across the Headquarter in Heidelberg and other countries.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Operative Support: Assist with overarching Suite Management tasks and provide support to our Global Product Owners for the different functions in Workday as part of the day-to-day business of the Global Workday Admin TeamCommunication & Marketing: Help create effective communication materials and support the adoption of Workday as global HR IT systemData Analysis & Research: Analyse HR data to drive insights and help us to conduct research on areas for improvementStakeholder Interaction: Engage with our global stakeholders, mainly HR colleagues across different countries but also other Group functionsExplore new technologies: Work hands-on with Workday, a state-of-the-art Human Capital Management system and help us shape the further implementation of the tool

YOUR PROFILE

You are pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Business Information Studies or a comparable field with a focus on Human ResourcesYou are well versed in MS Office tools (mainly Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel, potentially including VBA) and open to new technologiesYou have strong communication skills – Fluency in English is a must as it is the primary language spoken within the international teamYou have an analytical mindset that allows you to analyse complex information and produce comprehensive summaries and you like to pay attention to detailYou are motivated, curious, proactive and like to work within a team of international backgrounds
