You will work closely together with our HR team and collaborate with employees, trainers and leaders across our Business Areas: Original Equipment (OE), Research and Development (R&D) and Sustainability Tires. Our mission is to provide our employees worldwide a working environment in which Learning & Training is an integral part of their daily routine.

Project support and communication with trainers and learnersSupport in organizing and planning the scheduling of trainingsUpdate of information in our Learning Management SystemMaintain our learning portfolio overviewManage report requests & create dashboardsQualificationsWe are searching for a student (m/f/diverse) that:
Is enrolled in university - final year Bachelor's degree or beginning of Master's degree (Business Administration, Psychology or related fields)Experienced in leveraging Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and impactful presentationsKnows the English langugae at a conversational level (both written and spoken)Has strong communication skills and is open to continuously learn new thingsIs highly organized with critical attention to detailsIs proactive and a team playerPlease attach your current certificate of enrollment and also your current transcripts of records.Those documents are mandatory for processing your application.
