What you'll do 

 

Support in administrational and operational topics like onboarding/offboarding of students Managing and creating communication resources Support in communications e.g., organizing internal sessions like knowledge transfer sessions or team meetings Support in the creation of power point presentations for relevant team topics Support in SharePoint Administration Gathering team feedback to improve team processes and communication


What you bring 

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, or any related field Computer skills: MS Office [PPT, Excel, Word, etc.] Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus Good design skills Able to create visually appealing resources Very good communication skills Basic understanding of IT processes  Ability to work on ideas independently Good presentation skills Team player  Good organizational skill Being based in the Walldorf/ Heidelberg/ Mannheim area to be able to occasionally join the team in the office
