Working Student (f/m/d) - Strategic Design and Insights - SAP Signavio

You will work collaboratively with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineering partners and gain hands‑on experience in strategic design, research operations, and experience measurement. Your responsibilities may include: + Support user research activities such as preparing studies, documenting insights, or helping analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback + Assist in reporting and continuous improvement of experience data and insights + Help with preparation and organization of presentations, reports, frameworks, and internal communication + Support cross-suite alignment initiatives by updating documentation, coordinating stakeholders, or preparing workshop materials + Contribute to research repositories, insight libraries, and design excellence initiatives + Conduct desk research to inform strategic design and experience decision making **What you bring** + Enrolled student (f/m/d) in design, psychology, HCI, business, communication, industrial engineering or related field + First experience in design, project management, operations, or a similar area + Strong interest in UX principles, user research methods, and data analysis + Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data; experience with or interest in using Excel, Python, and AI tools + Experience with tools like Mural or Figma is a plus + Organized, proactive, curious, willing to learn and take ownership + Fluency in English; German is a plus + Working from the office (Berlin) is required **Where you belong** SAP Signavio’s Experience team is responsible for driving suite‑wide experience alignment, conducting user research, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across product teams.
