Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will assist with the creation, assignment, and status maintenance of project tasks in Excel and SharePointYou will help with the ongoing updating of tasks, including status, due date, responsible parties, and referencesYou will follow up on open items and assist in creating and assigning new tasksYou will ensure the quality of project data, assist in ensuring completeness, timeliness, and consistency, and help with the structured archiving of project documents in SAP

Your qualifications and experience:

You are already in your second bachelor semester and you are studying medical technology/engineering or an other technical/IT subjectYou are at least for one year availableYou have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook and TeamsYou have good skills in using Excel (especially filters and formulas) and you have at least basic skills with SharePoint (particularly lists and folder structures)
