What you'll do 

 

Learn about the Compliance Management System within a Global Company Support with record management efforts regarding the policy management statistics  Assist in the design and establishment of creation and management of new and updated courses global and local policies that translates into learning how courses are developed and managed  Prepare documentation for the policy review and approval process Assist with projects, research and managing data Opportunity to influence policy content and policy management processes Opportunity to play a decisive role in the development and establishment of a policy management tool  Use own initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team


What you bring 

 

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Must be a current University student Fluent in English, German (if possible also in French) Understanding of legal topics  Quick learner, adaptable and able to use own initiative Organization & time management skills are essential with the capacity to multi-task Team player, Proactive and responsible approach to customer support Quality driven with excellent attention to detail Strong written and oral communications skills Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Experience with SAP systems is preferable but not essential

We focus on fcpa, uk bribery act, and other applicable bribery and corruption laws and fraud, among other matters.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
