You’ll make a difference by

In our focused and driven team you will support key projects that contribute to the growth of Siemens’ digital business – with Siemens Xcelerator at the core. You will assist in developing initiatives that strengthen Siemens’ presence across regions and customer segments. Moreover you will help drive stakeholder engagement by supporting structured feedback processes and translating insights into action. You will contribute to research, presentations, and internal communications that support strategic priorities. Finally you will collaborate with experienced strategists, marketers, and business developers in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.  

Your success is grounded in

You’re currently studying Business, Economics, Strategic Marketing or a related field, ideally with first experience in B2B or tech-related topics. You think strategically and are curious to see how big-picture thinking turns into real-world execution. Ideally you take initiative, contribute ideas, and enjoy being hands-on in your work. You’re genuinely interested in digital and tech topics – from platforms and AI to how digitalization shapes industry. You work reliably, communicate clearly, and enjoy being one step ahead. You’re fluent in English.
