You’ll make an impact by

You assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance You support in the creation of training materials, presentations, and documentation You conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in employee development and training. You coordinate and moderate team meetings, ensuring productive discussions and effective follow-ups You help us develop and maintain ConceptBoards to visualize training concepts and track project progress You collaborate with team members to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements You prepare reports and presentations based on different topics You track the status of tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines, providing updates to the team as necessary You ensure the quality and consistency of training content with a keen attention to detail  

Your success is grounded in

Education: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field Experience & Skills: Strong interest in employee development, training topics, and continuous learning. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual meeting tools Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively moderate team discussions Experience in tracking and managing task status to align with project objectives Ways of working: You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team Languages: You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
