Working Student (f/m/d) Internal Communications

Mode of Employment: Limited, 15-20 hours/week


We're seeking a dynamic working student to join our Analytics Lab team, focusing on internal communications for our enterprise GenAI platforms, SiemensGPT.

 

You’ll make an impact by

As a working student you will drive end-to-end internal communications strategy for SiemensGPT You you develop and execute engaging content plans across various internal channels Furthermore, you will manage internal social media presence on Viva Engage You will coordinate and execute community engagement activities including:
- Feature demonstration calls
- "Ask Me Anything" sessions
- User feedback workshops You will transform user feedback into actionable insights and improvement proposals Last, but not least: You will support the team in various communication-related tasks  

Your success is grounded in

You are currently enrolled student in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ideally, you have strong organizational and project management capabilities You have a proactive mindset and ability to work independently Understanding of AI/GenAI concepts and applications You have experience with Microsoft 365 and digital content creation Previous experience in internal communications is a plus
