Working Student (f/m/d) Innovation Management / Business Accelerator Program

As part of the XCell Innovation team you help us to build up and launch an innovation acceleration and incubation program You create and update supporting documentation for ongoing projects You summarize your findings concisely and prepare impactful reports Additionally, you support the planning and execution of internal and external events Furthermore, you carry out literature research and turn your insights into valuable input for the team  

This is how you'll win us over

You are currently pursuing a degree in Energy Engineering, Computer Science, International Business Administration, or a related field You have a strong interest in innovation management and business strategy & development  Ideally, you have initial experience in AI/Data Science or a keen interest in innovative technologies You are characterized by a structured, goal-oriented, and agile way of working You are communicative, curious, and team-oriented You have strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
