You actively support in the maintenance and extension of the knowledge database (FAQs)You trigger the selection of content for technical videos and cooperate with the marketing department to get them doneYou collaborate in the pre-analysis of customer inquiries and become active during the building of test setupsYou work closely with the team to test the customer support applied AI implementationsYou further investigate whether and how existing data and documents can be utilized for digitalizationTogether with the customer support team, you propose new technologies for effectively solving customer problems in the futureYou also participate in knowledge exchange within the customer support team and with experts

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

You are currently studying at a German University in the area of electrical engineering, or a related fieldYou understand electrical engineering principles, power systems and protection schemes.You have IT skills and basic knowledge in software programming (for example: Power BI, Python; MS Dynamics would be an advantage)Basic knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence and its use cases would be an advantageYou are a communicative team player who finds it easy to support colleagues and work togetherYou show passion in working for a team in a large corporate environment, including the hands-on support of the team and the officeYour written and oral English and German skills are business-fluent
