Are you a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, marketing, and innovation? As a working student in our team, you’ll play a key role in bringing SAP’s most immersive experiences to life—across events, Experience Centers, and digital platforms
In this role, you’ll
Supporting marketing initiatives for events, Experience Centers, and other key physical and digital touchpoints. Crafting communication plans that span internal and external channels like newsletters, websites, and social media. Creating high-quality assets including copy, photos, and videos to be used across digital and in-person experiences. Supporting internal communications and storytelling within the Experience Hub. Shaping dedicated employee engagement formats to drive awareness and adoption. Driving operational excellence across marketing and communication initiatives. Researching new trends in marketing, digital storytelling, and experience design.
What you bring
Enrolment in a Master’s degree program—ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related fields. A creative mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills, and a good eye for design and visual clarity. Curiosity about SAP’s solutions and a desire to translate that value into engaging narratives. Solid skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint; experience in photo or video editing is a plus. Initial experience in marketing, content creation, or internal communication. A proactive, self-organized, and collaborative working style. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Willingness and ability to work on-site in Walldorf on a regular basis.
