What you'll do 

 

Support business operations and steering activities in the Operations Team for SAP’s Business Data Cloud (BDC) organizations Assist in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of the business Support our organization as the interface between business and technology Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to provide insights and recommendations for business optimization Support the infrastructure sub-team in the creation of infrastructure reports and monitoring of costs Prepare infrastructure purchase recommendations to optimize our infrastructure footprint and costs  Prepare business & financial analysis and management reports to steer business KPIs, e.g., TCO Support strategic projects and initiatives based on business priorities and aligned with student’s skills and interests


What you bring 

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Business Administration / Economics /Business Informatics / Data Science or similar Preferably working experience in similar (student) jobs Computer skills: MS Office (Advanced), experience with reporting, analytics, database, data warehouse and automation Language skills: Business fluent in English, German skills preferred. Project Management experience Team player, analytical skills, enthusiastic, open-minded, customer-oriented, communicative, self-driven, reliable Others: Knowledge about and interest in the latest trends in Information Technology, Analytics and Data Science Working from Walldorf/Berlin office is required


Meet your team


Our BDC Operations Team is part of SAP's Strategy & Operations organization. It manages business operations and provides analytical insights via the Digital Boardroom for the whole value chain of SAP BDC. The team operates at the interface between business and technology to ensure holistic business operations.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
