Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

You support in customer service project management via the software application "bridge" on the ServiceNow platformYou help to manage setups and change requests for factory installation checklistsYou support the customisation of the layout and configuration of the user interface for the Factory Installation Checklists as well as the recording and documentation of additional user requirementsYou can look forward to working closely with our agile software development team

Your qualifications and experience:

You are successfully studying in a technical/engineering field, e.g. informatics, media sciences, medical engineering/technology or a related engineering fieldYou are at least for one year availableYou have very good MS Office skills and you are confident in dealing with IT systems, ideally you have basic knowledge of databases or software architecturesYou have a high affinity for IT and ideally some experience in coding/programming

Your attributes and skills:

You have a very good command of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantageYou are interested in agile development methods (e.g. Scrum)You have analytical thinking skills and a structured way of workingDoes that sound like you?
