We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (f/m/d) in Siemens Xcelerator Commercial Governance to support our team in administrative, analytical, and organizational tasks. This position provides valuable insights into contract analysis, stakeholder communication, and business operations while offering hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.
You’ll create impact by
As a working student in our team you will conduct research on legal and business-related topics. Moreover, you will analyze contracts and legal documents to extract relevant information and summarize findings. You will support preparing content for Commercial Enablement Sessions for Marketplace Sellers. You will support updating internal and external Seller Guide. Furthermore, you will maintain and structure Excel spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting. You will participate in meetings, take detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and distribute key takeaways.Your defining qualities
You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Management, Finance or a related field. You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. You have structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach to work. You have an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently. Interest in legal and commercial topics and marketplaces is a plus. Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken) are requiredYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
