Job Description

Perform FOR and IDC reports for SMT products

Provide support to Quality Planners in analyzing quality issues and customer claims

Review and update general Working Instructions and Failure Catalogs

Open internal claims in case of raw material issues

Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of quality-related processes (e.g., automating reports, improving data flow, standardizing templates)

Assist in identifying opportunities for digital tools to enhance efficiency in quality planning and issue tracking

Support in testing and implementing digital solutions (e.g., dashboards, automated trackers)

Qualifications

Enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar)

Good conversational English skills, as you will collaborate with multicultural teams

Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (data processing, filtering, basic functions)

Interest in understanding and improving processes within a manufacturing environment

Willingness to support and learn from the plant ramp-up activities and cross-functional projects

Motivation to explore digital tools and technologies that drive process improvement and automation

Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with colleagues from technical and non-technical departments
